I’ve well and truly embarked on my monetising my journey project for this week. I've signed up for an Amazon associates account, which then allows me to place product links within my YouTube description and from there people can click on that to go buy something, and I get a percentage of the sale which is awesome. But another great thing is that if they click on the link say for a book and then they go on to buy a car, or a plane or something. Then I still get a percentage of that which is really cool. I don’t know if they have cars or planes on Amazon. Anyway, so the only problem is, I’ve got 100 vlogs, I don't really have, I don’t really mention many products. I mention a few books, Simon Sinek’s 4 Hour Work Week and... no, no, Tim Ferriss’ 4 Hour Work Week and Simon Sineks’ Start With Why. And hopefully, I've got 180 days to prove myself to sell something otherwise they are gonna take away my account. So this is going to be interesting to see if I can make it work.

The important thing as well that I realised is that to not only have backup for what you’re doing so you don’t miss a beat and you don’t miss that consistency with your vlogging or the content that you're putting out but to also have worked in a little bit of breathing room in your content so that when the system does go down, when it does crash because it will crash, you've got a redundancy there so you can still be putting stuff out to give you coverage for a couple of days. Also as well as having some backup equipment would be nice, when I get a new phone, I’ll obviously try and keep this phone charged up, keep it on me, so that anything goes wrong I always have a backup. #DailyVlogger #NoSmallCreator

The biggest thing preventing me from executing, implementing, succeeding at my goals is all of the great content, videos, podcasts and all these kinds of things that I consume, that are there to help me and give me ideas. The only problem is that, you know, I get this high from all these great ideas coming into my noggin and I just think well if I just keep consuming more, and more, and more, I’ll just become brilliant. You can't become brilliant from just consuming, you’ve gotta execute as well. So I want to start a brand-new thing for me, might be cool for you was well, it's called the pause button on Podcasts, video, just stop it. You hear something great - awesome - that will work on your business or what you're trying to do. Just stop, go do it, execute on it straight away. Because you can always go back to the podcast or video but you cannot go back on yesterday or last week.
