Thought I would give "Anime" Souls a try, it has great customisation options and fashion for the player character, but otherwise it reminded me more of Nioh, regarding the stats and how it's more of a numbers game, than an action game.
The bosses really highlighted that for me as I originally intended to do all the bosses without an AI partner, but I found it too tedious to try and learn the boss fights as the bosses outnumbered me, or in the case of the final boss of the beta, did too much damage for me.
While it didn't impress me too much, I wouldn't put this game off when it comes out in full - It's not a definite purchase for me personally.
